"WhiskyKey" or "https://whiskykeyhk.com/" or "we", "us" or "this website" means the operator of this website and the party providing services to you.

"Customer" or "you" or "your" means any person, company or entity that places an order with "https://whiskykeyhk.com/.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without notice. The amended Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the date of publication. Your continued use of our website and our services constitutes your agreement to accept the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Qualification:
Only registered customers can place orders on "WhiskyKey", and all purchases must be registered as users.

When you place an order, you represent (and we have the right to rely on such notices) that you are aged 18 or above and have the capacity to form a legally binding contract.

3. Place Order/Order:
3.1. By receiving an email from WhiskyKey when placing an order, you acknowledge that you have clearly read and agree to make a purchase request to WhiskyKey in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. Once the Customer has submitted a purchase request, the relevant order cannot be modified or cancelled.

3.3. WhiskyKey reserves the right to refuse to accept any order. For example, when any of the products or services on your order cannot be provided, there is a problem with the customer's payment, etc... WhiskyKey will notify the customer to discuss a solution.

3.4 We will confirm by email that we have received your order. Please check after placing an order, many times "Junk Mail / Promotion Mail" will be dropped.

4.  Pick up (reservation required)

Pick up address: San Po Kong , Wufang Street8, Lijia Industrial Building (Diamond Head Exit A2, 5-6 minutes walk)
Available Pick-up time: Week 1-5, 3pm-7pm (*reservation required)
**Please bring your own shopping bag. **

5. Delivery arrangement:
1 x - HK$50 Shipping / 1pc - HK$50
2pcs - HK$80 shipping / 2pcs - HK$80
3pcs or more - Free shipping in Hong Kong / 3pcs or above - Free Delivery

Therefore, alcoholic products will be wrapped in air column bags and sent out to avoid damage caused by any impact.
Guests can choose to have delivery to a Fushang/business address. (*But delivery to SF Station/Smart Cabinet)
**For orders in remote areas, the time may be 1-2 days later than the scheduled and will generally be delivered by SF. **

6. Order Processing Time :
Products are divided into [Stock] and [Pre-order], which will be clearly stated in the title.

5.1. Spot
It will be delivered within about 2-3 working days from the date of order.

5.2. Pre-order items
Generally, it takes up to about 7-14 working days, i.e. 2-3 weeks, from the date of placing the order. Each brand is slightly different, and when the goods are available, customers will be contacted to arrange delivery and delivery arrangements.

7. Return and exchange:
Guests need to check whether there is any damage when receiving the mail, if there is any damage, please contact us for a return.
(Damage is only suitable for glass parts, excluding box or packaging.) )
WhiskyKey reserves the right to refuse to return or exchange the goods that have been signed.

If you need to request a return or exchange, you must make a request by email/WhatsApp on the day of receipt.

WhiskyKey reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable return request.
For example: the box is slightly damaged / the product does not perform as expected / the wrong order requires a refund / etc.

By using the Services with WhiskyKey, you accept and agree to all the terms and conditions on this page, all of which shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
