Arran - Quarter Cask 'The Bothy' Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)
Arran single malt whiskey is initially matured in pre-bourbon barrels when first filled and then transferred to smaller quarter barrels, also made from the finest American oak, for secondary maturation. The process of transferring Arran's whisky into smaller 125-liter barrels creates greater contact between the whisky and oak barrels and allows the whisky to mature faster and more intensely.
