BENRIACH - THE TWELVE ONE 21 Years of Age "FOUR CASK" Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

This delicate single malt whisky is refined with unpeat and peat spirits and four barrels of whisky aged for at least 21 years in bourbon, sherry, virgin oak and Bordeaux barrels.

During the long maturation process, Benriach's sweet Speyside smoky becomes mellow and blends in with fruit, malt and oak notes. Twenty-one years later, the rich layering developed into an elegant honey smoky flavor, which became richer by maturation in multiple layers of wooden barrels.

Whisky from each cask type, imbued with unique flavor profiles, is then skillfully combined to create a rich and elegant single malt whisky with rich layers of orchard fruit and roasted pine with a honey-smoky aftertaste. Everything is perfectly balanced.
