First bottling GlenAllachie 10 years Cask Strength happened by chance. In 2017, while reviewing the 2007 and 2008 stock parcels, master brewer Billy Walker was so pleased with the balance and depth of the samples that he immediately decided to add a more youthful expression to the core collection.

GlenAllachie Cask Strength Batch 7 is a mix of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry, and a small amount of Virgin Oak and Rioja barrels. The resulting whiskey exudes indulgent notes of ripe plums, dark chocolate and sticky raisins, all combined with the classic GlenAllachie honey charm.
