Glenmorangie - A Tale of Forest Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)
A plant-based single malt whisky with a forest-like flavor and aroma that begins with notes of pine, juniper and coriander, accompanied by roasted chestnuts and charming smoky notes. As soon as you take a bite, the taste explodes in your mouth. Swirls of mint. Eucalyptus bushes. The rustle of bitter orange. Everything floats on a cloud of vanilla with a charming black licorice flavor. It ends with a slow and sweet aftertaste with hints of lemon, orange, and light oak.
Lush and deliciously herbaceous, Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest is Glenmorangie’s first whisky ever crafted from barley kilned with woodland botanicals.
Inspired by the natural, everchanging wonder Glenmorangie’s Director of Whisky Creation, Dr Bill Lumbsen, encounters as he wanders the woods near his home, this experimental limited edition evokes the scents, sounds and sights of the forest itself.

| Nose aroma: sweet malt, biscuit, creamy with distinctive botanical notes such as juniper or coriander. A drop of water releases countless herbaceous and aromatic top notes such as juniper, coriander, moist woodland, pine needles, nettle, and mint. There is an aroma of iced cherries, reminiscent of sweet roasted chestnuts and a soft woody smoky flavor. |
| Palate: Spicy, peppery, effervescent for explosive flavors: mint, menthol, eucalyptus, pine, wood sap, angelica, bitter orange and a hint of wood smokiness. The palate continues, with bittersweet oak tannins, as well as some greasy vanilla and a hint of fennel. |
