Laphroaig 10 Cask Strength embodies the classic 10-year aging of Laphroaig with distinctive characteristics and 58.5% alcohol. Peat smoke, heather flowers and sea salt spread wantonly.

Laphroaig's Original Cask Strength is the purest way to experience the taste created by Islay's land, sea and air. Aged for 10 years, it is filtered through a barrier from the barrel to remove unwanted charcoal particles – that's all between you and the real Laforgue.

Laphroaig does not cold filter the strength of the original barrel and does not reduce its natural strength. So what you pour out is what Laphroaig takes from the barrel – the core of the charred seasoned oak barrel, Laphroaig blue peat smoked and nutty barley for a true natural experience.

Batch 16 is the most powerful expression of Laphroaig in the Cask Strength series, which is characterized by 58.5% alcohol, vanilla and sea salt flavors mixed with freshly ground black pepper and pork crispy flavors. A glass of pure wine will be filled with aromas of sweet apple and caramel pastries, with notes of grain and tanned leather. The afterglow is a blend of mild spices, burnt oak and smoky mackerel for an oily finish.
