The Macallan 18yo Double Cask is a perfectly balanced single malt whiskey that has been aged for 18 years in American and European sherry-flavored oak barrels. Sherry-flavored American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, giving the whiskey a sweeter, warmer taste and character.
