Most orders will be shipped entirely by SF Express. The spot will be shipped within 2-3 working days, and will generally be delivered within the next 1-2 working days after it is sent.

**Note**: If the order amount is too high (usually $4-5000 or more), the recipient may need to show their ID card to verify the recipient's identity when signing for delivery.

Most Orders we will ship via 「SF Express」and In-Stock items will ship out within 2-3 working days from ordered. After shipped, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days normally.

Pre-Order Items：After all items are ready well, WhiskyKey will contact receiver via whatsapp/email to confirm the date for delivery.


Therefore, alcoholic products will be wrapped in air column bags and sent to avoid damage caused by any impact.
Guests can choose to ship to Fushang/business address. (*But delivery to SF Station/Smart Cabinet)
