Like the storm that gathered on the coast of Kintyre, The 15-year-old Springbank is dark and ominous in color, but delicious. Best enjoyed after dinner or paired with your favorite cigar, it's a true classic.
Springbank prides itself on being able to produce a single malt whisky brewed entirely in-house, using traditional processes passed down from generation to generation. Springbank single malt whisky has been produced since 1828, in Springbank kilns are lightly peat treated and distilled 2.5 times.

| Nose scent: Springbank's gentle giant. The wine has a full-bodied palate with notes of cured meat, roast beef jerky, cloves, mint, iodine, beef nuggets and canned plums, all evident in the aging of Oloroso barrels, while the lobster rack hints at Springbank's characteristic marine influences. |
| Palate: The peat flavor is pronounced, with smoked kiln smoke and tobacco leaves particularly prominent in this sticky spirit, along with plums, walnuts, figs, demerala sugar, cocoa powder and bacon. |
| Finish Aftertaste: The aftertaste develops gradually with prominent notes of soot, leather, and walnut, then fades like the ebb tide on Kintyre pebble beach. |
