全程以雪莉酒桶進行熟成，以原桶強度呈現，裝瓶前不加水降低酒精濃度。
不使用冷凝過濾、不添加著色劑。以精緻木製禮盒包裝，精美大方。

雪莉酒桶經典的水果乾及些許煙燻，沉穩的香料氣息宛若大提琴音韻的厚實。 入口宛若濃縮的香料果乾蛋糕，艾得多爾厚實飽滿且充滿油脂的新酒結合西班牙雪莉酒桶的風味猶如激揚的交響樂般在味蕾上層層堆疊，配以恰當的酒精收澀感，讓整體風味呈現均衡不膩。

Edradour 10 Years Old Straight From The Cask #400 is a limited-edition single malt from Edradour, bottled by hand straight from the cask. The whisky was distilled on 28 October 2004 and matured for 10 years in sherry butt #400. It was bottled on 16 February 2015 at a cask strength of 60.7%. One of 898 bottles.
